If the probability of finding any specific Echo weapon is random (and I suspect it is, but don't know this), and you find a total of 9 weapons, your probability of getting all 6 is about 20%. If you're lucky, you'll get at least one of each, but this is not guaranteed. (Two weapons at one location have been reported, but it is uncommon.) If you scavenge all of the possible locations, you will most likely end up with a total of about nine or ten Echo weapons. In any given playthrough, each potential location will usually have either one or zero Echo weapons in them. In theory, it should work, but try this at your own risk.) (I didn't experiment with trading or salvaging them. For example, it can be left in a vehicle trunk or in a bag on the ground. It does not need to remain in the player's or the community's inventory after that. To count as found, the player must pick the weapon up from the container where it is found. There are 18 known potential locations, which are listed below and shown in the clip. Most of the potential scavenging locations have the words "Army," "Fortified," "Ordnance," or "Red Talon" in their names, but there are a couple of exceptions. You cannot obtain them from trading, plague hearts, CLEO, or anywhere else. The weapons can only be found by scavenging certain locations.

EDIT: As the achievement description now says, but originally didn't, you must find all six Echo ranged weapons in the same game of Heartland, and it is host-only.
